TRAINING

It Is a legal requirement under the Food Safety (General Good Hygiene ) regulations1995, that your food handlers receive formal food hygiene training. Also  you cannot afford for you or a member of  your staff to be responsible for an outbreak of food poising, possible resulting in consumer injury, the loss of custom through bad publicity and possible closure of your business or large fines.

ESQ offers you three different solutions eo enable you to avoid these pitfalls

 All three courses can be in-house  or distance learning for  your convienience

Under the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006/ Regulations (EC) No 852/2004 determines that food operators must put in place, implement and maintain a permanent procedure based on the principles of HACCP

ESQ offer a HACCP Foundation course that
