The Intermediate Level Food Safety Course consists of 9 modules that provides the level of food hygiene training required by supervisors and managers in the food industry . The course includes exercises and assignments. On completion of the course the candidate can sit the Royal Institute of Public Health's Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety examination at a registered RIPH training centre
